Declutter, simplify, and focus on small details. Replace burned-out bulbs, remove pet items, and clear surfaces as much as possible.

Yes. The ideal time depends on how the home faces and how sunlight interacts with the exterior.
We plan each shoot based on sun position to minimize harsh shadows and maximize curb appeal. If you’re unsure, we’ll help determine the best window for your property.

Turn on all interior lights, remove vehicles from the driveway, and clear entryways of shoes and coats. If possible, the home should be empty during the shoot for the cleanest results.
If someone needs to remain home, we’ll coordinate room order to minimize disruption.

Pets should be secured before the appointment to avoid distractions and interruptions. Remove food bowls, beds, and other pet items from view.
This ensures a clean, neutral presentation for all buyers.

We provide an expanded usage license designed to protect your investment.
If a listing expires or changes agents, you retain the right to share or transfer the images for up to one year; including providing them to the homeowner or another agent.
