Every home that we photograph includes a floor plan provided at no additional cost. You can choose between a floor plan without dimensions or dimensions included. Note that floor plans with dimensions are calculated on the actual usable room sizes and will show an overall square footage less than the “official” square footage. The examples below show you the differences in the types of floor plans available beyond the complimentary black and white style .

Here is the top tier of the Floor Plan options we have. If you have a home with very dated furniture or a vacant home with no furniture or maybe a home with clutter or moving boxes, this would be a great solution. We digitally “clean out” all the rooms and add modern virtually staged furniture, setting it into motion with a “rendered walk-through” video all set to a pleasant background music track. This is a great tool to use for getting a listing, showing you can go the extra mile or to get more requests for a showing after you have the listing. The home shown below was very dated and was unfurnished but had significant clutter, moving boxes and general “stuff” all around the home.
